2-hour Early Dismissal Tuesday, Nov. 11th

XC and DC will be on a two-hour early dismissal schedule this Tuesday, Nov. 11th.  There will be no on-campus electives for Elementary or Middle School students.  High School homeschool students should follow the designated campus schedule for the day.  XC will be operating on the schedule provided below:

Tuesday…Veterans Day

It’s an early dismissal day for students for Teacher In-Service, and it’s also a day where we will be participating in a Veteran’s Day Event at 11:00 a.m. here on campus – the dedication of the restored cemetery and memorial statue behind Collier Chapel.  We are expecting an audience of 300 people including  Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, representatives from military organizations, former residents of the Home and members of the Xenia community.  Our students will be there, our choir will be singing and our band will be playing.  As such, here is the bell schedule for the day:

1st           8:15 – 8:31

2nd       8:35 – 8:51

3rd        8:55 – 9:11

4th        9:15 – 9:31

5th        9:35 – 9:51

6th        9:55 – 10:11

7th        10:15 – 10:31  (Probably need coats)

Auditorium debrief – 10:35 – 10:40

Head to Cemetery – 10:40

Lunch is at 12:30 – This is the earliest that students may be leave provided a note was turned in at the office at the beginning of the day.

Dismissal         1:00
