Teaching opportunities for 2015-2016

Have you thought about teaching at EXCEL? Teaching at Dayton Christian Homeschool is a great way to connect more deeply with other adults and get to know some awesome kids!  Take a look at the teaching opportunities available for 2015-2016.

Science: We are seeking a qualified individual  to teach Middle School Science each Friday during the school year. Familiarity with Apologia Science preferred.

English/Language Arts: We are seeking a qualified individual to teach Middle School Writing and Literature each Friday during the school year. Experience with Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) preferred.

Music: We are seeking a music instructor to teach 2 Fridays per month. Ideal candidate is willing to lead a middle school worship band and music classes to elementary age students.

Jack-of-all-trades teachers: For classes held 2 Fridays per month, we are seeking passionate individuals who would love to teach elementary and middle school student’s in the areas of Photography, Computers, Outdoor Survival Skills, Elementary Science, Yearbook, and Cooking. Other ideas welcome!
