Dear Testing Coordinator,
ACSI has been notified that there will be another delay in the delivery of TerraNova 3 score reports. Again we offer our apology, knowing that another apology does not deliver the student and school assessment data you want.
We are communicating with Data Recognition Corporation almost daily regarding this issue. We share your frustration at the failure to deliver what was promised, and we are aggressively pursuing alternative action steps on your behalf.
We will communicate with you when we have further information about the delivery of score reports.
